| Twinleaf Town
This tiny town is surrounded by trees and is said to have the scent of fresh leaves in the air. Everybody knows everybody here, it’s a very close community and popular for those looking to raise their families away from the hustle of the big cities. To the north of the scenic town lies Lake Verity, where rumour has it a legend sleeps...

| Sandgem Town
This pretty little town is so named for the sandy beach that lies to the south. The little cove was such a popular place to visit, the town sprung up to accommodate these visitors. Nowadays budding young trainers travel here to visit the lab of the esteemed Professor Rowan, who has set up his laboratory here.

| Jubilife City
Said to be built on land carved out of a mountain, Jubilife City is Sinnoh's capital, and is the third largest city in the world. Aside from being the biggest city in Sinnoh, it is also the most modern. Technology comes to life in this busy city; here you'll find companies such as Jubilife TV and Pokétch Company. With all of this going on, the city simply has no room for a gym hence the lack of one. Trainers should instead pay a visit to the local Trainer’s School to pick up a few tricks in the art of fighting.

| Oreburgh City
Oreburgh is a mining town blessed with significant natural resources. The entire town revolves around the mining, as it is the industry that support's the economy. Here you can find the Oreburgh Mining Museum to help you understand the wonder's of coal and how it is mined. The Gym here is run by the Mining Master himself, Roark who favours Rock type Pokemon.

| Floaroma Town
Fragrant and floral, this town is famous for the beautiful meadows that surround it. The land here is lush and fertile, though this was not always the case. Once upon a time, the land was barren and desolate where nothing would grow, before somebody expressed thanks for a blessing of nature, upon which the entire hill burst into bloom. Legend has it that it was Shaymin who caused this miracle to happen. Whether this is true or not, the townsfolk are happy to express their thanks to the Gratitude Pokemon as they tend to the flowers that the town is famous for.

| Eterna City
Eterna City is one of the oldest cities in Sinnoh, and is very proud of its history. However, as time passes more and more of the historic culture has begun to slip away leaving only the ancient Pokemon statues standing. Today people don't visit for the culture's sake, they come to visit and challenge Gardenia and her grass Pokemon. Team Galactic have also arrived in the city, and their building and presence is a subject of much controversy amongst the locals...

| Hearthome City
Hearthome City is said to be one of the nicest places in the world to live, and for good reason! The locals pride themselves on keeping their city clean, and the city itself accomodates all interests.Co-ordinators flock to the majestic Contest Hall, while trainers gather to take on the Ghost Using Gym Leader, Fantina. The cities many attractions make it exceedingly popular place for visitors and the warm and friendly air means it is the most family orinated cities in Sinnoh.

| Solaceon Town
This area of land used to be dominated by Pokemon Ranches, but now it is a small town with a tiny farming community. Solaceon Town is known for its excellent Day Care Center and the mysterious ruins half-hidden in the trees. The Lost Tower lies to the south where the departed Pokemon spirits go...

| Veilstone City
Veilstone is carved out of steep and rocky mountains, giving the city rock walls that project a cold atmosphere. Maylene runs the Gym here, and for one so young, she certainly packs a punch with her skilful Fighting Types! Team Galactic also call this city their home, and the vast HQ building dominates the skyline, forcing attention away from the Game Corner and the Department Store.

| Pastoria City
Pastoria City is home to a huge area of swamp land, otherwise known as The Great Marsh. This huge marsh is home to a wide array of Pokemon, including the town's mascot Croagunk. The Marsh keeps the air cool even in the summertime, meaning it’s the perfect climate for water types. The Gym here is run by Crasher Wake, who uses Water Pokemon to show off his battling skills.

| Celestic Town
The town that time forgot; Celestic Town succeeds where Eterna failed in matters of historic preservation. Hidden away in the slopes of Mt Coronet, this tiny town is very remote. What it lacks in technology, it makes up in history and it is here you'll find the majestic ruins whose walls are inked with the Creation Story. Be sure to pay your respects at the shrine before you leave.

| Sunyshore City
Sunnyshore is a solar-powered port town, crammed between mountains and the sea. Known as the Gateway to the Pokemon Leauge, it is here you'll face your final challenge against the Gym Leader Volkner. He's been in a melancholy mood of late, and has plunged the city into blackouts during his renovations. He is also prone to closing the Gym due to a lack of good battles. If you can't get him to accept your challenge, head down to the Vista Lighthouse where you can gaze upon the distant building where the Elite Four await you...

| Mt Coronet
The highest peak in the vast mountain range that divides the region, Mt. Coronet is shrouded in mystery. They say it was here that where Arceus created Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina and created Sinnoh itself. Legend has it Arceus still sleeps at the peak, but the climb is perilous and many have found it to be fatal... Perhaps this is one situation where it is best to let sleeping God's lie?
